Items shipped to Canada are shipped from within Canada. You will not pay any duties on your order when shipped within Canada.

International Orders

We ship internationally, but it is impossible for us to be familiar with import laws for each country. Therefore we cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on international shipments. Charges (if any) are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the country. If you have questions or concerns about customs, please contact customs within your country to inquire as to regulations and costs.

Recycled Packaging In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our store and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of recycled material. Although we strive to use material that is 100% recycled, it is not always possible to obtain, in which case we use the highest recycled content available at the time of shipment.

Returns

Our Return Policy is Simple

We want you to be happy with each and every purchase. Within 30 days of the date of the invoice or 14 days from receipt of the shipment whichever comes later, you may return any item you purchased from pueblito for a refund of applicable charges or store credit provided:

• Items are in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact.
• Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Please note that gift box charges and shipping charges are not refundable.
• All retail items returned for reasons other than warranty claims are subject to 15% re-stocking charge.
• If your order was shipped free of charge, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to communicate to the shipping company that the package is a return and reference the original waybill number. If any customs fees or taxes are charged to Pueblito, these will be deducted from the refund
• If you make a partial return on a wholesale order, any items you keep will be deducted from the refund at retail prices if the wholesale value of merchandise you keep is less than the wholesale minimum order amount ($250.00 USD).
• Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on custom or special orders.

Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to us immediately. All goods held by the customer for more than 14 days or 30 days past invoice, whichever is later, cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item :

Please contact us ahead of time, regarding your intention to return an item. Include your name, order number, order details and if you would prefer a refund or store credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, for your protection we advise that you include insurance for the value of the item returned and a tracking number. We must be able to track your return in case of loss, we cannot refund lost returns. Please send returns to:

Issuance of Credit:

If you purchased check or money order, you will receive a check from Pueblito for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received. If you prefer a store credit you will be informed and store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt.
